This is interim information for a public owner review site, not the final operator privacy notice. The enquiry form remains unavailable until the school publishes a final privacy notice and opens admissions. Do not submit live learner data during this review.
Course explorer
Your choices remain in the current browser page until you submit a request. The Copy button uses your browser clipboard only when pressed. A submitted request contains the requester name, reply email, age group, goal, estimated level, format, preferred time and time zone. We do not request the child learner’s name or birth date. The request is stored in the private school queue on the school server. School administrators can review it and reply using school email. The operator must set a retention schedule, rights contact, lawful basis and processor details before public admissions open.
Hosting and portal
The hosting access gate and separate ELLO portal may process account and access information. Their operator, purposes, legal bases, retention, processors, transfer arrangements and rights contact must be documented before learner or parent access is opened.
Before admissions opens
The school needs an approved privacy notice with its legal identity and contact details, appropriate notices for children and guardians, retention periods, data rights procedure and required impact assessment. This page will be updated when those details are verified.
